Many citizens of these cities believe that if they hire a "Good Traffic Ticket Agent", they will be able to beat their Speeding ticket. NOT!! lets say in the last three years you had 2 speeding tickets and this is the third one, you are out of luck. These cities are extremely strict about these offenses, and they will NOT give you any deal or give you any break. Remember, do not speed !!!

Hi, I am wondering if Guelph area has any loop holes for speeding tickets?
If I have a ticket that is 35 over, can I still easily get off?

Thank you for your question. Well, Guelph is a very tough Court and the LOOP HOLES are limited, since the new legislation has taken effect. If you are charged with 35 km/h over, you must first set a meeting with the crown and see if you can get any reduction in the speed. I would also say that you must read and understand the Traffic Ticket well.( Any errors on the Traffic Ticket)
If worst comes to worst, you may set a trail date and try to get all the documents relating to your case. Read and perpare your case for that date.
